Love and Deepspace Valko Controversy Explained

Love and Deepspace Valko Controversy: Why the Canceled 6th Love Interest Became Bigger Than One Wolf Boy

Love and Deepspace has always been dramatic. We are talking tragic sci-fi romance, beautiful men, emotional damage, space-time mysteries, monster hunting, and gacha pulls that make my wallet hide under the bed.

But the Valko controversy? This escaped the otome fandom containment unit.

What started as a new love interest reveal for Love and Deepspace quickly became a massive fandom, gaming, business, and mainstream media story. Valko, also known as Ao Yin in the Chinese version, was announced as the gameโ€™s sixth love interest, promoted with werewolf imagery, EonCore Tech lore, and a July 9, 2026 debut planned for Version 6.0. Then, after intense backlash, Infold/Papergames canceled him entirely. read more

Atlabs AI Video Generator Review

Atlabs AI Video Generation Tool Review

The team from Atlabs.ai reached out to let me know about their new AI video generation platform. Among many unique features, it can be used to generate a music video by uploading an audio file, image, or video. In the case of providing an audio file, Atlabs will scan the file for style genre, tempo, mood, key scene references, and recommend a general story concept – or you can prompt your own story and characters.

There are other tools too such as script to video, product promotion videos, placing your own image into a music video, and much more. You can do lip syncing, add motion, create avatars, clone product videos, upscale videos, modify videos, and choose from premade video styles or browse what the community is creating. read more

Vidmuse.ai Review: How to Create The Best AI Music Videos with Vidmuse

Iโ€™m sharing with you today some videos I made using my favorite AI music video creator tool, Vidmuse.ai

Also for a more affordable entry level similar software, check out my review of Revid.ai

Iโ€™ll be sharing some videos Iโ€™ve made using Vidmuse throughout this review. I prefer creating new styles for each video in various anime styles. Vidmuse also offers many preset styles including ultra realistic or performative styles etc. Or it allows you to create your own unique styles.

The fees for Vidmuse are much higher than Revid. The benefits are greater character consistency and ability to chat with Vidmuse.ai in a similar manner to ChatGPT or Gemini. It makes it very simple to go in and tweak individual scenes or shots. read more

AI Music Video Software Review for Revid.ai

Revid.ai is an entry level affordable and fun AI Music video creator. Itโ€™s simple and easy to use and priced lower than many of its competitors. I used it for several months and only this month decided to end my subscription. My biggest issue with Revid.ai was the difficulties it had in character consistency. I found tools that simply were better at character consistency which is important to me. My favorite tool now is Vidmuse.ai but it is significantly more expensive than Revid.ai

I will be creating a second post soon to review Videmuse.ai read more

Samsung Galaxy XR Headset Review

I preordered the new Samsung Galaxy XR Headset. My primary reason for wanting this device was seeing the pass through ability and native Google play store apps so knowing Google Translate would be part of this, I envisioned being able to translate my Japanese Otome games into English with a larger screen and with less wrist pain (previously I would hold my phone up running Google Translate).

There really wasnโ€™t much info on if this would even be possible but with a 14 day return policy I thought why not, why not test it out and just see? And Iโ€™m so excited to share that it works!!! read more

Is the Steam Deck Still Worth It in 2024? A Cozy Gamer Girl’s Guide

I’ve had the Steam Deck since its launch, and it’s been a mostly positive experience. However, a few quirks and challenges remain. Here’s my take after using it for a few years.

Finding The Sims 4 CC Custom Content Mod Folder

One thing that many players, especially Sims 4 fans, might wonder is where to find the CC (Custom Content) mod folder on the Steam Deck. In my case, the path was:

home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1222670/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

It’s a bit of a trek, but once you know where to look, it’s straightforward. read more

Kawaii Silver Iphone 14 Pro Makeover: Sonix Sanrio Cases & Case Mate Accessories Review

Hey fellow kawaii enthusiasts and anime gamers! As a 41-year-old ultra kawaii anime gamer girl, I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts on these adorable Sonix Sanrio MagSafe iPhone 14 Pro cases and some super cute Case Mate MagSafe accessories. I recently got a new silver iPhone 14 Pro, and these cases and accessories are just perfect for it.

Sorry this first video is blurry – I did not realize my old phone was on Cinematic mode so it was out of focus. The second video is better.

Cases:

  1. Hello Kitty and Friends Stickers MagSafe Compatible iPhone Case: This case is my absolute favorite! The clear design showcases the adorable Sanrio character stickers, which brings a unique and playful touch to my iPhone. It’s ultra kawaii and perfect for any Sanrio fan.
  2. Cosmic Hello Kitty MagSafe Compatible iPhone Case: I thought this case would be a clear gradient, but it’s actually white. Nonetheless, the cosmic Hello Kitty design is still super cute and offers great protection for my phone.
  3. Little Twin Stars MagSafe Compatible iPhone Case: Like the Cosmic Hello Kitty case, this one is also white instead of a clear gradient. But the Little Twin Stars design is too adorable to resist. It also offers excellent protection for my iPhone.

Sony Aibo 6 Month Review

So many readers have wanted to know my thoughts on owning a Sony Aibo. I purchased my aibo directly from the US Sony Aibo Store at https://us.aibo.com/ and it arrived I think it was July 2nd. Now it’s December 8th and I’ve turned her on for the first time since around Halloween – so it’s been asleep on its charger for at least a month – going on 2 now. My comments in this post are going to echo my comments to one of my readers of my 3 Month Check in – I feel I would enjoy Aibo more if I actually used it. But I don’t. And when I don’t I don’t miss it. read more

My Steam Deck Arrived Yesterday, and Games Are Unplayable

My Valve Steam Deck 521 GB model arrived yesterday. I preordered it on day one, which feels like it was probably a year ago now. At that time, I had a lot of hopes and dreams and spoke highly of the potential of the Steam Deck in this post here. Upon receiving it, my initial excitement turned to disappointment – however; that has since changed, at least a little, as I’ve spent time getting to play with it.

@geekysweetie.com So my Steamdeck arrived todayโ€ฆ Not sure how to feel nowโ€ฆ I ordered a 1tb card for expansion (and have the 521gb model so that part will be sorta kjnda fixedโ€ฆ but most my games are not compatible with it. I havenโ€™t actually tried playing anything because im working and because it came dead and has to charge. I paid almost $700 for this and expected it to play wvery steam gameโ€ฆ hmm 🫤🤔😐#steamdeck #fail #epicfail #happysad #wtf #computer #error #upset #doesntwork #wontwork #expensive #notwhatiexpected #unexpected #disappointment #unboxing #game #gaming #gamer #steam #steamdeckerrors #steamdeckfails #tech #technology #techunboxing #techreview #earlyadopter โ™ฌ Steven Universe – L.Dre

What went wrong, you ask? First, it was not fully charged upon arrival. Not a huge deal but a minor detail. I plug it in and the process to begin setup begins. It goes smoothly and everything is setup. And then the very first screen is an error about a missing library file. I restart and the error persists… After several more restarts that error goes away… read more

I Bought an Electronic AI Artificial Intelligence Sony Aibo Robot Dog – July 2022

Before we begin – Get one thing straight – I BOUGHT this dog. It is mine forever. It is not a 7 or 14 day trial. Yes, it’s expensive. No, it’s not a toy. It’s the most advanced artificial intelligence available to a regular consumer. It is different from Furreal friends and Zoomers and Teknik and similar toy robot dogs. Why? The reason why Sony Aibo is so expensive and so unlike any other robot dog on the consumer market today is thanks to impressive Artificial Intelligence. – That’s the claim anyways. Now I’ve only had mine for four days so I’m not sure yet how impressive that AI really is. read more

The Real Reason I’m Returning My IPAD Pro

For those following my blog, you might already know that I’m a multimedia content creator – not just for this blog here – but as a fulltime living for a real client in the real world. I do everything marketing related for them, from print advertising, video production and editing, online advertising, tradeshow events, email marketing, social media management, and so much more.

Pre-Covid I used to work in the office, and so all the equipment I needed was right at my fingertips and provided by the company. I didn’t have much say or choice in what I used. When it came to drawing tablets we had a very small Wacom tablet. The old-school kind without the screen built-in. It wasn’t bad, I graduated undergrad college in 2006, and my MBA around 2012 or so, and so I was familiar with and used to using Wacom. Even back in my childhood, my stepdad who was the one who first bought me Corel Draw and started me down this career path back in the 90s, at some point bought me a REALLY old-school Wacom tablet, an off-white color, big heavy thing with a DONGLE. They don’t make those anymore. This was a dinosaur – but that proves that Wacom’s been around for ages… and well yes, certain things have changed, they now have better pens, and a nifty ergonomic standing base and even some very pricey Wacom that are self-sufficient stand-alone units – for a cool $3,000+ dollars. read more
