PlayStation Portal Releases November 15th for $199.99. And Here’s Why I Won’t Buy One.

The PlayStation Portal is a handheld gaming device that allows you to play your PS5 games on a portable screen. It is essentially a dedicated remote play device, meaning that it streams games from your PS5 console to the Portal’s screen.

The Portal has an 8-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1080p and a refresh rate of 60fps. It also features the same haptic feedback and adaptive trigger technology as the DualSense controller. This means that you can enjoy all the immersive sensations of your favorite PS5 games, even when you’re not playing on a TV. read more

Samsung’s Fatal Security Flaws Have Helped Me Decide Which Phone To Upgrade To In 2023.

Hello everyone, my name is Jeni and I am currently the owner of an iPhone 13 Pro. Recently, I have been contemplating switching over to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The reason behind this switch is because I play many games from multiple regions, and I require a phone with at least 1TB of storage. While I have been going back and forth between waiting for the iPhone 15 Ultra in September 2023 or upgrading now to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I believe I have made up my mind.

Initially, I was captivated by the sleek design and feel of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The phone is lighter and thinner, has a larger screen, and does not have an unsightly notch or dynamic island. The lavender color of the phone is also incredibly appealing to me, and I cannot deny the camera is far better than the iPhone. Furthermore, the SPen feature is very enticing since typing on my iPhone can be a hassle. read more

Palais De Reine Looks Great But Is Unplayable Due To Containing A Trojan Horse

Palais De Reine looks quite similar to Princess Maker and Long Live The Queen, among other stat-raising simulation games. This game looks fantastic, but upon first installing the game, Windows 10 Defender detected a Trojan. For me, it was a severe one, and I’m praying it didn’t damage my PC. I am in the midst of contacting Steam for a refund.

In the discussion section, many other people are reporting Trojans – some with different names than the Trojan my PC discovered. My PC discovered Alec!ac – others are discovering Phonzy and Wacatac. The developers are telling people it is a false positive and to white list it and reinstall the game. Some people claim even after that, the game still can’t launch. read more

Sony Spartacus – A Dream Come True For PS Classic Fans

Sony’s new Subscription Service, titled Spartacus is set to roll out in Spring 2022.

It will be a tiered based subscription service, encompassing the two existing services, Playstation Now and Playstation Plus, but what’s really exciting is what happens on the most expensive, third tier… Here, Sony promises to offer a subscription service that rivals Xbox (not hard to do in my opinion because Xbox lacks the types of games I enjoy aside from Lost Odyssey – The only Xbox game I’ve ever loved.). read more

Apple Iphone 13 Fact VS Fiction

Apple’s newest mobile phone is rumored to be revealed as early as next week. With Iphone 13 just days away, the internet had been buzzing with many exciting rumors and a few leaked spec sheets. No one knows for sure what to expect, but one thing’s for sure, Apple 13 is going to be the next big thing that everyone wants.

I love my Iphone 12 Pro – which I’ve only had for about 7 or 8 months now. I am 40 years old. My first Iphone was the 6S. Before that I had many androids, including the very first ones with the slide out keyboard. I’m actually honestly more interested in Apple’s new clamshell flip phone, but that one is still a year or two away. read more

Here’s Why I Ordered A Steam Deck

Kotaku recently penned an article about how they don’t see who would purchase a Steam Deck. I ordered my Steam Deck yesterday, and here’s why Steam Deck is for me. PS: You can preorder your Steam Deck from Valve here. Steam Deck will launch in December 2021.

What is Steam Deck? It’s kinda a Nintendo Switch “Clone” or “Rip Off” for lack of a better word – sorry, but it is – there’s lots of these clones out there – I have one from China for like $50 with some emulators and roms lol. BUT the one thing that makes Steam Deck different from these other Nintendo Switch like devices – Access to millions of games from the Steam Library – thousands of which I already own. The docking station will be sold separately – which is a bummer given how expensive the base units are. read more

Razer Opus X Wireless Headset Review

I just received my Razer Opus X Wireless Headset 3 days ago. I have done 6 videos included in this review. The first is an unboxing video. The other videos are “attempted soundtests” attempted because the audio YOU will hear while watching these videos is NOT exactly what you will hear while WEARING the Razer Opus X. I just have the Iphone placed right inside the ear cup of the Razer Opus X in those reviews.

I’m just going to sprinkle my videos throughout here in chronological order, starting with my unboxing, and then part 1 of the review / soundtest, part 2, and so on. Enjoy! read more

The Yakuza Remastered Collection – PlayStation 4 | SEGA | GameStop

Installed Click Here to Scan Barcode Complete The Journey Of The Dragon – The Yakuza Remastered Collection brings the final missing chapters in Kiryu’s story to the PlayStation 4. From Yakuza 0 to Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, players can now experience the full story of The Dragon of Dojima, all on a single platform.

I did a little online shopping today. I thought I’d write up a blog post to share some of the best deals I found. This might be updated later today or over the next several days.

Gamestop is having a sale on games of course. I picked up the Yakuza collection which features Yakuza 0 – 6. It was $29 regularly like $59. I also (finally) picked up the remake version of Final Fantasy 7 which was similarly discounted.

Also, I already owned it, but for those who don’t yet, Story of Seasons for the Switch is on a big discount too: read more

Sony promises more PS5 preorders will be available in the coming days

By now one thing is clear. The launch of PS5 preorders was complete chaos. Sony has promised plenty of advanced notice and that preorders would not be a surprise. They even had a secret mailing list where they would pick and choose people to preorder the console before anyone else. Then in a live event Sony announced preorders would begin the next day. Retailers didn’t get the memo.

I believe it was Walmart who started the chaos. They took to Twitter immediately after the Sony press conference with a tweet something like “Make you wait for a PS5? Naw that’s not us. Order your PS5 now.” read more

Google Chromecast

Google Chromecast Streaming Media Player. See It. Stream It.

Chromecast is designed to make the most of the apps and entertainment already on your phone. Shows, movies, live TV, YouTube, photos and more. It’s all just a tap away from all of your family’s devices.

With rising cable costs, many Americans are “cutting the cord” and choosing to get their entertainment from on-demand streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix.

I too am a “Cord Cutter”, so even though Best Buy has compensated me for sharing product information with you in this blog post, I am genuinely excited about the newest generation of Google Chromecast. I don’t have cable either, I subscribe to a variety of streaming services that allow me to watch more customized entertainment to suit my viewing tastes.

With the new Google Chromecast I can stream my Korean dramas from Viki and Dramafever, or catch up on the latest Japanese anime with Crunchyroll and Funimation.

And unlike my Roku, or PS4, I can even play Android games on my bigscreen TV. This is a huge win for girl gamers. Check out my sister site at http://otomeplay.com for hundreds of otome games, RPGs, Simulation, and Anime Dressup Games available on the Google Play Store.

Google Chromecast is much more than just a movie-watching device. I also love that the newest generation of Chromecast can be controlled with your voice; my old Chromecast couldn’t do that! Plus at only $35, it is one of the most affordable streaming media players on the market.

How to get Gen 2 Eevee Evolutions Umbreon and Espeon in Pokemon Go

Many players may already know this trick, but in order to get an Umbreon, name any male Eevee Tamao; or to get Espeon name any female Eevee Sakura, then completely exit the game, make sure it’s not running in the background, and relaunch the game.

I have photographic proof that this trick works. Got both Umbreon and Espeon on our first attempt.
