15.) Nintendo 3DS 2DS – Nintendo 3DS was one of the longest lived portable gaming consoles with an amazing library of games for girls. The library was in part due to the fact that 3DS was backwards compatiable with Nintendo DS. Nintendo 3DS also has some games of its own. This obviously outranks it over just the DS. Nintendo’s naming conventions have been very confusing. The Nintendo 2DS plays the same games but without the 3D effect of the Nintendo 3DS. Either way I love all the DS handhelds. I was torn between ranking it in number 14 or 15, but decided on 15, because a lot of the greatest games for girls were withheld from us in North America. Here’s my picks for the best games for girls on 3DS. Also check out the list of Nintendo DS games for girls that can also be played on your 3DS and 2DS.
