Pusheen Box has now been around for 1 full year – with the first box appearing in Winter 2015. The box is a quarterly subscription service full of cute officially licensed and exclusive Pusheen merchandise. It is by far my favorite Kawaii Subscription Box and I’ve been a subscriber since the Spring Pusheen Box. Each box includes a wide variety of items ranging from home goods, to toys, to clothing and wearable items.
The Winter 2016 Pusheen Box features a ton of cute items. Take a look at my photos below!
My Sanrio Small Gift Crate from Lootcrate arrived last week. I see the article I posted when they first announced this subscription is getting a lot of traffic, so I’m guessing you guys want to see some box opening pics right? 🙂 You’ve come to the right place!
Overall I am happy and continuing to keep my Sanrio Small Gift Crate Subscription.
First, take a look at the packaging. It’s super cute! And filled to the brim with lots of cute Sanrio goodies inside.
I just signed up for Loot Crate’s brand new Sanrio “Small Gift Crate” which is a subscription box that arrives once every 3 months (4 times a year) similar to the Pusheen box, which I’ve reviewed here.
This new crate costs 34.99 every three months and has $75+ worth of official and exclusive Sanrio goodies inside. I love Hello Kitty – so this was too cute to pass up. Hope to see some of my favorite Sanrio and Sanx characters make an appearance such as Chococat and Cinnamoroll.
Amazon just launched their Black Friday Pre-sale event. You can check back every day for new items at http://amazon.com/Black-Friday/…
Already they are offering up some pretty sweet deals for geeks and gamers. I recommend bookmarking and checking back as often as possible. I’m hoping for a PS4 Bundle or Console to go on sale. I have enough already to purchase, but since it is that time of year, saving some money never hurts, and I’ve waited this long already to get myself the newest consoles, so might as well hang in there a few more weeks and see what happens!
Pusheen Box is a quarterly subscription crate that contains tons of exclusive officially licensed Pusheen merchandise. I’ve posted other Box openings on my blog for the Spring Pusheen Box and Summer Pusheen Box.
My fall 2016 Pusheen Box arrived this week and has a lot of cute fall and halloween themed Pusheen items. It’s back to school season for a lot of folks, and Pusheen Box even has some stuff to help you get ready for the new school year too!
Whether fall means warm apple cider, sweater weather, halloween festivities, or back to school — The Fall 2016 Pusheen Box has got you covered!
Title: Sonicomi Communication with Sonico
Genre: Visual Novel / Idol Simulation / Rhythm Game / Photography Simulation / Dating Sim / Raising Sim
Where to Buy: Jlist – use Coupon Code: MOE-22Y-E8BNV5 to get 5% off!
Geeky: 4/5 – High quality anime style graphics. This version of Sonicomi is the original PC version; however, for the US release, they integrated the new improved graphics from the Playstation version which adds a lot more visual appeal to the game. Sonicomi comes to life with fully animated and expressive movements. Unlike other visual novels which show only static images, the graphics in Sonicomi definitely do impress. There are multiple game modes and tons of achievements to unlock as well. Like most visual novels, this game is light on gameplay, however, there is some challenge to see how high you can score each photoshoot, and the appeal of unlocking new outfits for Sonico. There’s also 18 different endings and a surprisingly touching story.
I just discovered, Romantic Diary, an anime Otome Dating Sim which is part Dressup Game, part Visual Novel, part Cooking Game, and has an extensive crafting system. At the core, this game looks quite similar to Hello Nikki! Which I reviewed here. However, it seems to have more robust features, and a heavier emphasis on story telling and dating elements. It’s also a “Stat-Raising” game similar to Princess Maker (which I reviewed here) or Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side (which I reviewed here).
I purchased the Spring Pusheen Box which is a quarterly subscription box filled with all Pusheen items (you can learn more at http://www.pusheenbox.com/) – Sorry no video this time; I was so excited that I opened it right away – but I did take lots of pics. I promise I will do a video review for the Summer Pusheen Box. This box is REALLY cute. I have a grey tabby/maine coon too that reminds me so much of Pusheen – that’s why he’s one of my favorite webcomics / characters.
I’ve been playing 100% Orange Juice, a cute little anime-style board game, with my friends, as well as playing it solo in campaign mode, quite a bit the last few days. And we’ll probably play it again tonight too. What I love about this game is that as you play you earn stars (the in game currency) and the characters can level up, which lets you unlock new costumes and new characters.
The characters all have their own stats, such as HP, ATK, and DEF, and there are cards which you can unlock to add to your deck which can further enhance these stats or help you take advantage in battle. This makes replay much higher than a regular board game. Of course, the cute anime graphics, bright colors, and bright music really add to the overall appeal of this game for any anime or retro videogame fan.
I’ve been obsessed with “Hello Nikki”, a cute kawaii anime dressup game that lets you learn about different cultures around the world while experiencing their fashion.
NOTE: Nikki is a series of games; you will find many other “Nikki” games available in the app store featuring the same characters AND the same basic “dressup” style gameplay. What sets “Hello Nikki” apart from any of the others is that it has “Gacha” mechanics to get random limited edition items. It’s also the only one to feature runway challenges, sky tower, quests, and more “RPG” like mechanics. ALL of the Nikki games are cute – but gameplay wise, “Hello Nikki” is the most addictive because it has that little extra something. It’s also updated very frequently with events and new items being added to the shops, etc.
